Check or Money Order Payment
To make a purchase using a check, money order, or cash use the catalog the same way as if you had a credit card. When you finalize your order you will be given the choice to pay by check or credit card. Choose check and you will be given a completed order form to send in via snail mail with your payment, or you may choose to use the offline order form.
Return checks will be charged a $20.00 service fee.
Returns are subject to a 30% per item restocking fee. Postage fees are nonfundable. All returns must be done within 14 days of receipt of products and returned undamaged. Annuals are not returnable after 3 months into the current year. In the event of broken merchandise to buyer, returns will be accepted with the 14 day window. Broken or damaged merchandise must be returned and will be replaced with exact duplicate no extra shipping fee will be charged to the buyer.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. You can make special arrangements with us to have items shipped via FedEx. US orders allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. International orders allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
Shipping rates for the United States are $1.25 for each item. Shipping rates for international customers are $2.50 per item.
Handling
Handling fee for the United States is $3.00. Handling fee for international orders is $7.50 (Canada $4.00).
